Shaw Imaging Supply carries the
best quality products that are available, but occasionally, there maybe a
problem with a defective unit. We hope you will be pleased with the products you
purchase from us. These are the guidelines for returning products.
All of our products are 100% guaranteed to work as good as OEM or better and
to to be free of defects. Any warranty is void if the product has been abused or
damaged by the printing equipment in which they have been used. We do
not refund on products that are 50% or more used. If you ordered the wrong
product, we only offer exchange for the correct product.
You must call us
or e-mail us for a return authorization number. This is to
insure that you get proper credit for the products you are
returning. Your RMA # must be on the outside of the return
container. Be sure to add a note with your name, address,
phone number, RMA # and a brief description of the problem. We will
provide the return address when the RMA is issued. Call (916)

Remanufactured products are
exchange
only . We do not refund on these products.

We do not refund shipping
costs.

If the products are damaged
in shipping you must contact the shipper and file a claim.
It is the customers responsibility and expense to return the products. No
credit, refund or exchange will be issued until the product(s) are
returned and examined. If the product is defective we will exchange it at
no additional cost.

We do not charge a
restocking fee on any products.

Allow ten (10) business
days from the date we receive your product (s) for refunds. We will
ship exchange products within 72 hours of receiving your RMA return.
